My name is Joanna Reymond-Burns and I created exalte to help everyday people find better balance in their daily life so they can thrive and not just survive. 

Many years ago I suffered extreme burnout. I was a new mum, a wife, a daughter and running one of Australia's largest PR firms. I was stretched thin and absolutely exhausted. I remember experiencing my very first panic attack and it scared me. I had never experienced something so powerful and unsettling in my life. From that moment I knew something needed to change.
