Liv’s Frozen Matcha Bites

Ingredients:

  1. 250g Cocobella Coconut Yogurt (vanilla flavor)
  2. 200g fresh strawberries, diced
  3. White chocolate, melted
  4. 1 tbsp green matcha powder @maisonkoko

Method:

  1. Prepare the Yogurt Mixture: In a bowl, mix together the vanilla coconut yogurt and diced fresh strawberries.
  2. Form Clusters: Line a baking tray with parchment paper. Scoop about 2 tablespoons of the yogurt mixture to form clusters.
  3. Freeze: Place the tray in the freezer for 2 hours until the clusters are firm.
  4. Dip in Chocolate: Melt white chocolate and mix in the matcha powder. Dip each frozen cluster into the chocolate. 
  5. Final Freeze: Return the clusters to the freezer for another 30 minutes until the chocolate sets.
  6. Keep the clusters in the freezer for a refreshing, healthy snack anytime!
